The So What? Project is a short-form podcast that helps researchers explain their work in plain language for a general audience. Each episode is approximately 5–7 minutes long and focuses on one simple question:

We are seeking researchers from all disciplines who are interested in making their work accessible to a general listenership.

We'll edit and produce the episode.
No interviews. No scheduling. No podcasting experience required.
We welcome submissions from researchers in any discipline who have recently completed or published:

Creative scholarly work
... and can speak on their topic is a manner understandable to someone unfamiliar with their field of study.
